The pain point
Big events like MTFA's Annual Awards Ceremony run on printed lists and a queue at the door. Guests wait, ushers hunt for names, and nobody knows the real attendance until days later.
Who it's for
- MTFA event teams
- Ushers & volunteers
- Guests
What it does
QR check-in at the door, a seat lookup for guests, the programme, and live attendance for the organisers.
The story
Built for the MTFA Annual Awards Ceremony (AAC) 2026. Guests scan the QR at the entrance, type their email, name or mobile, and see their table straight away. Organisers watch attendance fill up live and keep the record afterwards. It's an internal MTFA system, but the idea works for any community event.
