The pain point
When it's time to pray in a mall, office or MRT station, there's no time to search. Musolla are hard to find, often not on any map, and the ones we have need looking after.
Who it's for
- Muslims on the go
- Workers and students
- Musolla volunteers
What it does
One tap to the nearest masjid, musolla and toilet for wuduk, time left to pray, and the kiblat. No musolla nearby? How to pray right where you are. Plus community-shared spots and crowdsourced musolla care.
The story
Every MUIS mosque, 265 musolla from the MusollahSG.com directory and a Singapore-wide OpenStreetMap snapshot ship with the app, so it works on a weak signal and your location never leaves your phone. When there's no musolla close enough, it guesses the kind of building you're in and tells you where to take wuduk and pray. People can share places they've prayed, ask for a new sejadah or telekung, and pick up each other's requests. Replace, don't wash; don't throw anything away; leave a note; ping MTFA for a cleaning team.
